Bedspreads 1.19.2, 1.18.2, 1.17.1, 1.16.5 and 1.12.2 is a mod that will allow us to customize the design of our beds, as well as the colors, making use of the predefined designs in the Minecraft banners. That is to say, we will be able to apply the design and color of a banner to our beds.

It is worth noting that the design of the banner canvas will occupy the entire length of the bed, not including the pillow. That is, the design of the banner will not be applied to the pillow, but the color will, since the color of the banner overrides the color of the bed. For example, if we have a blue bed and the banner is white, the bed will adopt the design and the white color of the banner.
