Giacomo’s Compass Mod for Minecraft 1.19.2 and 1.12.2

Use compasses to mark points of interest anywhere in the world.

Giacomo’s Compass 1.19.2 and 1.12.2 is a mod that adds a new functionality to the default compasses of Minecraft. With this mod installed we will be able to use a compass to mark any point in the world and the compass will always indicate that point.

The process is simple. The first thing we have to do is to place a compass in our character’s hand. Then right click the mouse on any block around us to define the point. That’s it, this compass will always mark that point.

The idea is that we create several compasses that point to different places in the world. To differentiate one from another, we can place these compasses on an anvil and give them any name we want, to easily understand where that compass will point us to.

If we want to erase the information of any compass that already points to a specific direction we can place the compass in the character’s hand and right click the mouse on a cauldron full of water. This will erase all the compass information, including the name we gave it.
