Giacomo’s Map Merging Mod for Minecraft 1.19.2 and 1.12.2

Merges small paper maps to create a large map.

Giacomo’s Map Merging 1.19.2 and 1.12.2 is a mod that will allow us to merge maps to create a map of large dimensions. This new system is based on Minecraft’s default frames and maps, so no new blocks or crafting recipes are added.

The process consists of placing two wooden frames on the wall and inside them a two paper maps. This will cause the two maps to merge, removing the wooden frame and displaying a larger, easier to interpret map. Check out the video below to better understand how this new feature works.
