An alternative, in the form of a laser gun, for faster and more comfortable mining.
Mining Gadgets 1.16.5, 1.15.2 and 1.14.4 offers an alternative to mining spikes. With this mod installed we can make a kind of laser gun, called “Mining Gadget”, whose function is to allow us to mine faster, from a distance, any type of block and in a more comfortable way than with the default picks in Minecraft.
This new tool is modular, so we can improve its performance and add new features by installing modules with different functions. These modules are manufactured and installed in a functional block, called “Modification Table”. Some modules that we can manufacture will allow us to improve the mining action range, modules to automatically illuminate as we go mining, and battery modules that will give more autonomy.
Beyond the modules that allow us to improve the Mining Gadget’s functionalities and features, we can also press “Shift + right mouse click” to access a configuration menu of the tool. In this menu we can define various parameters, such as whether the tool should mine individual blocks or areas of 3×3 blocks.
How to install Mining Gadgets Mod for Minecraft?
- Download Minecraft Forge
- Download Mining Gadgets Mod
- Double click on the downloaded Forge file to run the installer.
- Paste the downloaded mod file into the .minecraft/mods folder
- We can now make, and use, the new mining tool offered by this mod!
