New villages, based on traditional Korean architecture.
Thatched 1.16.5 and 1.15.2 is a mod that will focus on adding a new village variant to Minecraft’s plains biomes. These new villages are based on traditional Korean architecture, where houses have thatched roofs and aristocratic buildings have tiles.
At the moment, the mod adds seven variants of thatch types, as we can see in the image below. These variants will allow us new designs in our buildings. In addition, we will be able to apply this straw to the diagonal blocks of the Decorative Blocks Mod.
How to install Thatched Mod for Minecraft?
- Download Minecraft Forge
- Download Decorative Blocks Mod
- Download Thatched Mod
- Double click on the downloaded Forge file to run the installer.
- Paste the downloaded “Decorative Blocks Mod” file into the .minecraft/mods folder
- Paste the downloaded mod file into the .minecraft/mods folder
- We can now explore the new wings generated by this mod!
