Tough As Nails Mod for Minecraft 1.19.2, 1.18.2 and 1.16.5

Tough As Nails 1.19.2, 1.18.2 and 1.16.5 will increase the difficulty when it comes to survival, since the mod adds the concept of hydration to the game. That is to say, with this mod installed, besides worrying about getting food and having a shelter, we will have to worry about getting water and drinking often.
As soon as we install the mod we will notice that a new bar appears, the hydration bar. This bar appears just above the hunger bar, so it will be easy to keep track of both values. Another detail to take into account in this mod is the body temperature.
To keep our character hydrated, and prevent the body temperature from increasing too much, we will have to drink water more or less frequently. So, in addition to worrying about getting food, you will now have to fill the canteen with water to drink.
